Earl Bunch Earl Bunch is the Pastor of the Bridge Community Church. He has been Senior Pastor since the founding of the church in 1999. His responsibilities as pastor include teaching and preaching as well as providing the general oversight for the church.He brings into this position a strong Biblical background as well as a compassionate understanding of people. He has been married to Janie Bunch for 31 years and is the father of three grown children: |

Janie Bunch Janie Bunch supervises the administrative mechanism of the church and the operation of the church office. She has been married to Earl Bunch for 31 years and is the mother of three grown children. |

Greg Spaide Greg Spaide is a founding member of the Bridge Community Church. His responsibilities as Elder include assisting in the teaching ministry. He also assists in the operation of the audio equipment. He is married to Ronda Spaide and is the father of two children |

Ronda Spaide Ronda Spaide assist Janie Bunch in the smooth operation of the church office. Her responsibilities include the publication of the printed materials produced by the church. |

Greg Odle with his wife Connie Greg Odle has been with the Bridge since 2006. His responsibilities as Youth Pastor include teaching the Youth on Wednesday night and taking them to several outings a year. He is also assists in the preaching ministry. |

Kyla Marvel Kyla Marvel assumed the position of children's minister in August 2007. She is licensed as a schoolteacher by the State of Indiana. She brings into the Children's Ministry a strong Biblical background, a love for children and a contagious positive attitude |

Kurt Reschar Kurt supervises the operation of the audio recording and mixing equipment. His reponsibilities also include burning the Sunday sermons onto CD's. He is also extremely computer literate.He is married to Leslie Reschar. |

Leslie Reschar Leslie leads the praise team in the anointed worship. Her responsibilies include composing the order of worship and creating the Powerpoints used in worship. She is married to Kurt Reschar |
