What does it mean to have a personal relationship with God? At the center of everything we do at The Bridge is the glory and honor of our Lord Jesus Christ.  We believe that the creator of the universe is the God of the Bible. He is not the force, but an actual, real spiritual being who came to this earth as Jesus Christ.  This is who Jesus is.  He is the God of eternity Who came to live as a man. By virtue of this incomparable act of love, He offers forgiveness of sin to all who will acknowledge their guilt and personal responsibility for their sins and receive Christ's death on the cross as the payment for their sins.  By "accepting Christ," Jesus Christ comes to live in one's heart  (the spiritual portion of our being) through the person of the Holy Spirit.  You then have a personal relationship with God through the spiritual fellowship of your spirit and His.  We are able to experience the Presence of Jesus Christ.  He lives with us in a personal and real way, providing comfort, encouragement, joy, peace of mind, spiritual communion, and the promise of eternal life in Heaven.  For this reason, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the reality of His Presence in our services.   We truly believe you will "experience the Presence of Jesus Christ" when you worship with us at The Bridge.  If you have a question about the Bible or your own relationship with God, please contact us.   Top
